Here we go, leaving the Côte d'Azur heading towards the Pyrenees to see our friends Martin and Coralie. It was through them that I ended up in Aspen. I met them on a small island off the coast of Honduras in 1997. They told me about the sleepy little town called Aspen. They now live at the foot of the Pyrenees on the Mediterranean coast near the Spanish border. It's a 9 1/2 hour drive, so not too many pictures from this day just a lot of miles and a serpentine belt that started to make more and more noise each mile we drove...
